Groundwork is built for men who are new to a committed men's group. Wether you've come to HeartField a few times, or this is your first time doing anything like this. Either way, you're in the right place.

Weekly Group Zoom call with teaching, small group/partner work, group reflection and embodiment practices.

Journal prompts, group Signal thread for support and camaraderie, recorded calls and practices.
BETWEEN SESSIONS
Tools for increasing your awareness of self and others. Tools for regulating your emotions. Tools for leadership of self and other.
